Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a diligent warehouse assistant to support accounting data entry, issue invoices, and ensure timely delivery of orders in Seberang Perai, Penang.

You will assist storekeeper with goods receipt, arrange stock, participate in monthly stock takes, and prepare stock reports while maintaining product quality and proper storage handling. This role offers an entry‑level opportunity in a logistics environment with exposure to shipping documentation and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Accounting data entry, issue invoices and deliver orders.
• Checking and arranging schedule for deliveries.
• Assist storekeeper in receiving of goods and arranging of goods.
• Involve in monthly stock takes and prepare monthly stock reports.
• Ensure the quality of goods is maintained with proper handling of storage.
