Job description
  1. Organizing, filling and maintaining physical and computer records, documents and databases.
  2. Monitoring and ordering office supplies, managing inventory and maintaining office equipment.
  3. Data entry and bookkeeping like inputting data, handling basic bookkeeping and processing transactions.
  4. Assist in arrangement of shipping, warehouse and logistic matters.
  5. Provide admin support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  6. Able to multitask and accept ad-hoc tasks as required.
