Job description

Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, photocopying, and data entry.

Prepare, update, and maintain documents, reports, and records systematically.

Handle incoming and outgoing emails, phone calls, and correspondence.

Process invoices, purchase orders, payment vouchers, and other transactions using AutoCount.

Maintain delivery orders, sales orders, and inventory-related documentation.

Update databases, spreadsheets, and reports using Microsoft Excel.

Prepare letters, notices, and basic documentation using Microsoft Word.

Coordinate office supplies, stationery, and ensure proper stock levels.

Provide administrative support to HR, sales, accounts, and operations departments.

Assist in arranging meetings, preparing minutes, and organizing files.

Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management.

Requirements

Minimum SPM or equivalent;

At least 1 year of relevant working experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Proficient in AutoCount, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel.

Good communication and organizational skills.

Able to handle multiple tasks and work independently.

Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive.

Working days Mon - Fri (8.30am - 5.30 pm) and Sat (8.30am - 1pm)
