In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our thriving business, with a focus on data entry and word processing tasks. Based in Alor Setar Kedah, this role is integral to the smooth running of our operations.

What you'll be doing
  • Accurately entering data into various electronic and paper-based record systems
  • Typing, formatting and proofreading documents, correspondence and reports
  • Maintaining and organising filing systems, both physical and electronic
  • Providing general administrative support to the team as needed
  • Assisting with ad-hoc projects and tasks as required
What we're looking for
  • Excellent data entry and word processing skills with a high degree of accuracy
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work methodically and efficiently
  • Proficient in using standard office software, including Microsoft Office suite
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is highly desirable
