About the role

We are currently seeking an experienced Admin Assistant/Personal Assistant to join our team at Herb & Fashion Sdn Bhd in Johor Bahru, Johor. This is a full-time position, where you will provide dedicated administrative and personal support to our senior leadership team.

What you’ll be doing
  • Manage the daily calendar, schedule meetings and appointments for the leadership team
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes and distribute follow‑up actions and notes
  • Handle all travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation and transportation
  • Provide general administrative support, such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
  • Act as the first point of contact for the leadership team, managing incoming communications and queries
  • Assist with special projects and other ad‑hoc tasks as required
What we’re looking for
  • At least 1 year of experience as an Administrative Assistant or Personal Assistant. Fresh grad welcome apply.
  • Excellent organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to multi‑task and prioritise effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and discreet manner.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solutions‑oriented approach.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Chinese language is a MUST for this position.
