Overview

JOB SUMMARY To carry out clerical and administration works of the Contract Unit.

Responsibilities
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the Associates in Contract Unit.
  • Provide support in the co-ordination of the work of the office and the committees for which the Associates is responsible.
  • Liaise with other departments and regions as and when necessary.
  • Compose correspondences, emails, distribute and file according to the subject matter/departments.
  • Arrange and file delivery orders and correspondences accordingly.
  • Receive incoming documents, acknowledge and distribute to the Associate-in-charge of the matter.
  • Compile, update, and submit the relevant reports (Monthly KPI Report & On-Going Matters) for Contract Unit.
  • Digitalization of all contract documents sent to LCSD for safe-keeping (Preparing and updating Safe-keeping Master list and Scanning of contract documents).
  • Assist respective Originating Department (OD) on matters pertaining to LCSD’s processes (Process the Agreements for stamping at LHDN).
  • Assist in Electronic Stamp Duty Assessment & Payment System (STAMPS) under Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri.
  • Any other tasks as and when assigned by the Management / Superior from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
