Job description

This is a full‑time Admin Assistant role at AM ETERNA SDN. BHD., an exciting opportunity to join a growing education/tuition centre in Kajang, Selangor. As the Admin Assistant, you will play a crucial part in supporting the smooth day‑to‑day operations of the centre and contributing to its continued success.

What you'll be doing
  • Assist in the daily administrative operations of the tuition centre
  • Maintain and update student records, attendance, and class schedules
  • Respond to parent and student inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp
  • Prepare reports and assist with documentation for internal use
  • Coordinate and communicate with teachers to support smooth class delivery
  • Perform general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents
What we're looking for
  • Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field
  • Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask efficiently
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is an advantage, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Hours: Monday – Friday (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
