Provide general administrative assistance to the team.

Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and related documents.

Maintain accurate records of awareness activities, participant information, and feedback.

Compile and analyse data to measure the effectiveness of awareness campaigns.

Support the planning and execution of awareness events and campaigns.

Ensure all materials and resources are available and set up for events.

Collaborate with environmental organizations and local authorities to promote awareness program.

Liaise with vendors and service providers to support awareness activities.

Job Requirement

Candidate must possess at least Diploma or higher qualification.

At least 2 years of related working experience.

Advantage if candidates have experience working with trade associations, NGOs, or chambers of commerce.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
