Job description

As an Admin Assistant at Dayangcond Engineering Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth running of our office operations. This is a full‑time position based in Kelana Jaya, Selangor, where you will work closely with our team to ensure efficient administrative processes and exceptional customer service.

What you’ll be doing

Providing general administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.

Basic Accounting (Quotation, Invoice, SST, Data Entry).

Basic Purchasing.

Basic Payroll.

Handling incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence, and directing enquiries to the appropriate team members.

Maintaining and organising office supplies, equipment, and other resources.

Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.

Collaborating with colleagues to streamline office procedures and improve efficiency.

Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

Any adhoc matters requested by the management.

To compile work done report.

What we’re looking for

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, preferably in the engineering or manufacturing industry.

Strong organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently under pressure.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and friendly demeanour.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with office equipment.

A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.

A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with a willingness to take on a variety of tasks as needed.
