Responsibilities
  • Handle all billing including water, electricity and telephone.
  • Collect letters, sort them and send them to each department.
  • Arrange for lorry checking at Puspakom and lorry maintenance.
  • Maintain confidentiality of correspondence, documents, discussions, meetings and telephone calls.
  • Oversee the operation of various office machines including printer, computer, fax, phone and photocopy machine.
  • Design and edit drafts of correspondence, reports, forms, charts, memos and other documents as needed.
  • Perform data entry for special ongoing projects.
  • Comply with all applicable laws/regulations and company policies/procedures.
  • Perform daily clerical duties such as answering and screening telephone calls; taking messages; and other routine duties necessary to assist senior personnel and departmental management.
  • Perform administrative functions, including filing.
  • Verify and complete required documentation and reports, including but not limited to productivity information.
  • Support the company’s events with other ad‑hoc duties as required.
