Liaise with customer regarding order and delivery date through email, call, whatsapp etc.
Issue invoice & DO to customer
Liaise with production team regarding customer requirement
Manage daily administrative operations including documentations, coordination record-keeping and office support tasks
Support HR department when necessary
Other ad-hoc tasks
Know the basic of Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point
