Job summary

A leading technology company in Malaysia is seeking an Administrative Support role responsible for liaising, coordinating tasks, and overseeing clerical staff. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or similar fields, possess strong communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English, and be proficient in Microsoft Excel. A Class D Motor Vehicle License is necessary for travel, with allowances during trips. The role demands a strong focus on organizational tasks and systems management.

Job description
  • Perform liaison, coordination and organizational tasks in support of Managers and other Admins;
  • Prepare correspondence, reports and records of proceedings and other specialized documentation;
  • Liaising with other staff about a range of matters relating to the organization’s operations;
  • Writing and answering business or technical letters and other similar correspondence;
  • Supervising the work of clerical support workers;
  • Implementing new and improved systems into existing practices;
  • Monitoring Online Systems.
Job Requirements
  • Possess at least Diploma, Degree or higher academic qualifications. Business Administration, Human Resource, Information Technology, Mass Communication, Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Science or similar related fields.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Fluency in additional languages is an added advantage when liaising with clients.
  • Computer literate and numerate. Word Processing programs knowledge such as Excel Spreadsheets is an added advantage.
  • Exhibit strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Target oriented with the ability to work under pressure when meeting targets.
  • Progressive and a fast learner. Upstanding attitude with responsible characteristics.
  • Business oriented mindset with entrepreneurship skills is added advantage.
  • Motor Vehicle License Class D. Travelling is required. Allowance will be provided whilst travelling.
