A leading company in Malaysia is seeking an HR and Administration Executive to manage the full recruitment cycle, ensure compliance with labor laws, and oversee payroll operations. The ideal candidate will coordinate training programs and improve HR processes while supporting management in strategic planning. Strong experience in human resources and payroll is essential, along with effective communication skills.
Lead the full recruitment cycle including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
Collaborate with department heads to define job roles and candidate profiles for positions.
Identify training needs, coordinate training programs, and track employees development.
Manage the performance appraisal process, including goal setting, regular feedback, and performance improvement plans.
Identify, recommend and operational improvements to streamline HR processes and procedures.
Assist and review HR processes and procedures and company policies.
Develop and maintain employee handbook.
Develop, update, and enforce company HR policies and procedures to maintain compliance with Malaysian labor laws and regulations.
Manage payroll transactions (payroll calculation, allowance, overtime, incentive and reward program, employee data and time & attendance) accurately and ensure timely payments.
Work with Management to strategically plan HR initiatives that will benefit the company and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from employees.
Oversee office operations including facilities management and maintenance.
Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by Superior.
