  • Providing the best possible running of the operational organization in his/her department.
  • Establishing standard & quality assurance for hygiene regulations (HACCP).
  • Helping organize the pre-opening/closing phase of the vessel.
  • Controlling delivery of equipment and notes.
  • Creating inventories as instructed.
  • Reporting special incidents to the Hotel Manager and Cruise Director.
  • Supporting the Hotel Department as per superior's instructions.
  • Participating in crew shows and department meetings.
  • Socializing with guests in the bar.
  • Offering active morning exercises and yoga classes.
  • Organizing sportive events for guests.
  • Engaging guests in activities.
  • Hosting sessions and educational talks for guests.
  • Assisting with sports gear and setup.
  • Maintaining sports equipment on board.

Responsibilities

Strategy and planning

  • Providing the best possible running of the operational organization in his/her department
  • Establishing standard & quality assurance for the concept of hygiene to comply with the hygiene regulations (HACCP)
  • Ensuring the careful and proper handling of all working materials and equipment (especially sports equipment)

Organization and administration

  • Jointly responsible for: organizing the pre-opening / closing phase of the vessel
  • Controlling the delivery of equipment and delivery notes in his/her department
  • Creating inventories in his/her department as per instruction
  • Immediate reporting of special incidents to the Hotel Manager and Cruise Director

Special tasks

  • Jointly responsible for active support in the Hotel Department according to the instructions of the superior
  • Participation in the crew show (if crew show is foreseen)
  • Participation in the head of departments meetings
  • Socializing with guests in the bar
  • Offering active morning exercises, yoga classes
  • Organizing sportive events for groups and individuals
  • Engaging guests in various indoor and outdoor activities
  • Hosting guests with well-being sessions, educational talks
  • Assisting with sports gear and setup
  • Maintaining all sports equipment on board
