Manage company documents, files, and records
Prepare basic reports and update data
Handle phone calls, messages, and emails related to administrative matters
Support daily office operations
Accounts (Basic)
Issue invoices, receipts, and payment records
Update customer account records
Assist in preparing basic financial reports
Ensure all transactions are recorded accurately
Payment Collection (Credit Collector)
Monitor customer accounts with overdue payments
Prepare lists of outstanding balances
Update payment status to management
Maintain professional records of communication with customers
