  • Experience: 1–2 years in logistics or administrative roles (preferred).
  • Languages: Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Computer skills: Excellent command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word, with strong data entry and file‑management capabilities.
  • Administrative proficiency: Good understanding of office management systems and procedures; able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Soft skills: Strong time‑management, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills with high attention to detail and a professional attitude.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and monitor logistics operations, including shipment scheduling, order processing, delivery arrangements, and shipment tracking.
  • Prepare, maintain, and ensure the accuracy of shipping and logistics documents such as packing lists, delivery orders, customs declarations, and import/export documentation.
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain logistics records, databases, and reports for shipment status, cost tracking, and reporting purposes.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external parties to ensure timely deliveries and assist in resolving delivery issues, delays, or discrepancies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and logistics procedures while supporting continuous improvement of logistics workflows and processes.
