Job summary

EY Malaysia’s Actuarial Consulting team invites a Manager to lead and deliver a wide range of client engagements in non-life actuarial work, including M&A due diligence, valuation, pricing and regulatory changes. You’ll collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and mentors to shape insurance solutions across Asia.

You’ll develop financial risk and capital management capabilities, work on product distribution strategies and IFRS 17 related projects, and build lasting client relationships within

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in non-life actuarial team or actuarial consulting firm.
• Good exam progress with actuarial bodies (UK IFoA, CAS, SoA or Australia).
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assisting and leading the delivery of a wide range of client engagements, including M&A and due diligence; valuation, pricing and product development, and regulatory changes.
• Performing evaluation in areas related to financial risk, product distribution and capital issues.
