Qualifications

• Degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related discipline.
• 0–3 years of experience in actuarial or insurance related roles.
• Progress in actuarial exams is preferred.
• Strong foundation in Excel and data analysis.
• Exposure to actuarial and analytics tools (e.g. Prophet, RAFM, ResQ, Python, R, SQL, Alteryx) is an advantage.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Support actuarial audit engagements for life and general insurers.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and reasonableness checks.
• Review assumptions, methodologies, and results; perform movement analysis.
• Prepare or review audit working papers and supporting documentation.
• Support the identification, documentation, and resolution of audit findings.
• Collaborate with audit teams to ensure timely and well documented deliverables.
• Deal with IFRS 17 reporting and analysis, valuation/EV/VNB, reserves and capital frameworks, modelling and QA.
