A leading consultancy firm is seeking a full-time accounts staff in Johor. The ideal candidate must have bookkeeping and accounting experience, be fluent in English, and possess strong organizational skills. The role involves assisting with daily accounting tasks and communicating effectively for business operations. This position allows for remote work with occasional client visits in Singapore. A transportation allowance of SGD150 per day is provided for such visits.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily accounting tasks, including bookkeeping and financial records.
  • Ensure adherence to local finance regulations.
  • Communicate effectively in English (reading & speaking) for business operations.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required.
  • This role is working from home (remote) but need to visit to client office (in Singapore) 1 or 2 days in a week (day trip). Transportation allowance of SGD150 per day will be provided for such client visit.
Requirements
  • Willing to visit client offices (day trip) for documentation works.
  • Owned working computer and stable Internet connection for work purposes.
  • Familiar with Xero accounting system will be added advantages.
  • Experience in bookkeeping and accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of financial and labor laws.
  • Ability to read, write and speak fluent English.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
