Qualifications

• Experience with the SAP system for billing and invoicing.
• Ability to monitor collections and prepare financial reports.

Responsibilities

• Create new customer accounts and generate billing in the SAP system.
• Contact customers for collections and clarify payments.
• Prepare monthly aging reports and monitor special customer accounts.
• Generate and send debit/credit notes to customers.
