Job summary

F. Hoffmann-La Roche AG in Malaysia is seeking a Finance AP professional to handle end-to-end accounts payable operations, including PO/invoice verification and supplier reconciliations.

You will support month-end closing, accruals, and reporting for affiliates, while providing system guidance and training to colleagues. The ideal candidate has a degree in Finance/Accounting, strong English, and knowledge of SAP or ERP systems, with experience in a shared services environment.

Qualifications

• A degree in Finance & Accounting, Commerce, or equivalent.
• ACCA, CPA, or MIA is an advantage.
• Good communication skills and proficiency in English.
• SAP knowledge and AP process experience.
• Experience in a shared service center is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Process AP documents, PO/invoice validation, and supplier reconciliations.
• Perform month-end closing, accruals, and reporting for affiliates.
• Provide system support and train new joiners; back up peers.
• Manage internal/external queries and ensure KPI targets are met.
