An Account Clerk's job is to manage daily financial records, processing transactions, invoices, and payments, while ensuring accuracy through data entry, reconciliation, and filing, supporting overall smooth financial operations for a business. Key duties involve accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, preparing reports, managing customer accounts, and handling administrative tasks like mail and records.
