A property management company in Penang is seeking an experienced accountant to maintain accurate financial records and prepare financial statements. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of accounting experience and is fluent in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients. Responsibilities include assisting in budget preparation, tax returns, and general accounting duties. This role is critical for ensuring financial efficiency within the organization.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries and bank reconciliations.
Assisting in the preparation of budgets, financial forecasts and cost control for efficiency improvements.
Preparing financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flows statements and presenting them to management or stakeholders.
Assisting in preparing and submitting tax returns and assisting with tax audits or inquiries.
Any ad-hoc assignment allocated by superior.
Job Requirement
2-3 years accounting experience, in handling full set accounts.
Candidate fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
