Job Position: Accounts Executive

Salary Package: RM3,000-RM4,300

Working Day: 5 Days + alt. Sat

Working Hour: Mon Thu: 9:30am 6:30pm
Fri: 9:30am 7:30pm
Sat (alt): 9:30am 1:30pm

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare timely and accurate monthly financial reports
• Manage and prepare full set of accounts including monthly reconciliations
• Assist in the day-to-day operations and activities of the accounts department
• Assist in daily administrative work
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by management from time to time

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting related fields are preferred.
• Fluent in Mandarin (both written and spoken) is preferred as necessary to deal with Mandarin speaking clients or suppliers.
• Software skill(s): Microsoft Excel, Word & SQL Accounting Software
