Possess at least a bachelor's degree in accounting / LCCI or an equivalent qualification.

Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in accounting, preferably within the manufacturing industry.

Experience in auditing and exposure to handling full set of accounts will be a strong advantage.

Familiarity with SAP accounting software is an added plus.

A strong team player who is proactive, eager to learn, and ready to take on challenges.

Self-driven and independent, with the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to speak, read, and write in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

As part of our Finance & Accounts team, you’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth and accurate financial operations across purchasing, payments, reporting, and compliance. Your role will cover:

  • Invoice & Payment Management – Handle supplier invoices (trade & non‑trade), imports/exports documentation, e‑invoices, COD purchases, bulk payments, and international transfers.
  • Cash Flow & Petty Cash – Monitor daily and weekly cash flow, forecasts, and petty cash management.
  • General Ledger & Reporting – Prepare journal entries, reconcile accounts, generate AP ageing reports, and support monthly closing.
  • Inventory & Compliance – Manage raw material stock reporting, reconcile stock counts, investigate discrepancies, and ensure SST/customs compliance.
  • Administration & Banking – Maintain fixed assets registers, insurance renewals, HP schedules, and liaise with banks/secretaries.
  • Financial Statements, Audit & Taxation – Prepare P&L, balance sheets, manufacturing reports, and assist in audits, taxation, and budgeting activities.
