Overview

As an Accounts Executive, you’ll be responsible for carrying out the company’s day-to-day accounting and finance functions while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. This role gives you the opportunity to grow your skills, collaborate with multiple teams, and support the company’s continued financial growth and stability.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Carry out day-to-day accounting and finance duties
  • Plan and monitor company cash flow and payments
  • Prepare financial reports and analysis as needed
  • Perform monthly closing of accounts
  • Liaise with bankers, external auditors, tax agents, company secretary, and other relevant authorities
  • Undertake ad-hoc assignments as and when required by Management
What We’re Looking For
  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, or a recognized professional accounting qualification
  • Minimum 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and handling full set accounts
  • Audit or company tax experience will be an added advantage
  • Proficient with computerized accounting systems (e.g., MS Excel) and accounting software
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized and able to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams and external parties
