Position: Accounts Executive/Senior Accounts Executive
Location: Kepong

Job Description

Monitor the day-to‑day financial operations of the company.

Process all purchase and sales invoices.

Process payment and receipt verification.

Prepare management account.

Assist in preparing forecast management accounts for tax estimation.

Liaise with auditor for audit matters and finalize the audit report.

Liaise with tax agent and finalize tax computation.

Constantly improve operations to minimize financial risks.

Ensure effective policies are in place and being complied with to provide effective control and compliance with statutory requirements and accounting standards.

Stay up to date with technological advances and accounting software to be used for financial purposes.

Participate in the budgeting and business planning process, administer, and review financial plans against actual results, and identify and explain variances.

Manage cash flow and cash forecasting to ensure adequate liquidity for business operations.

Actively review and recommend measures for continuous improvement in internal controls and business processes.

Possess excellent accounting knowledge and familiarity with local accounting regulations.

Perform any other assigned ad hoc duties as required by superiors.

Priority will be given to those from the property industry.
