Vacancy : Based in HQ – Lion Office Tower (Jalan Nagasari, Kuala Lumpur)

One (1) vacant position – Accounts Executive (fresh graduates also encouraged to apply!)

What You’ll Do :

Prepare monthly management reports, including reconciliations and journals, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Manage monthly cash flow projections and quarterly KPI/CPI reports to support strategic decision‑making.

Oversee payment processes, update invoices in the IFCA system, and maintain meticulous financial records.

Monitor cash flow, handle inter‑company transactions, and optimize funds by placing money‑market deposits.

Assist with tax analysis, prepare annual tax computations, and maintain a robust filing system.

Verify travel claims and ensure all reimbursements comply with company policies.

What We’re Looking For :

Bachelor’s Degree, Post‑Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent.

A sharp eye for accuracy and an analytical approach to problem‑solving.

Mandarin proficiency for liaising with international purchasers.
