Job summary

A prominent construction firm in Puchong seeks an Accounts Executive to supervise and coordinate accounting activities for projects. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Accounting & Finance or a relevant professional qualification, with at least two years of experience in accounting functions. Responsibilities include ensuring accurate financial reporting, liaising with debtors and creditors, and providing training to team members. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ relevant working experience in accounting functions.
• Fresh graduates/degree holders may also be considered.
• Preferably a degree holder with a professional accounting qualification.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all accounting activities of assigned projects.
• Verify accounting transactions to ensure expenditures are reasonable.
• Monitor and control budgets set by the Project Director.
• Liaise with debtors and creditors on all financial matters.
• Ensure proper filing of accounting documents.
