A leading software company in Malaysia is seeking an experienced individual to handle full set and partial set of accounts. Responsibilities include preparing journal entries, bank reconciliation, managing accounts payable, receivable, and invoicing, as well as assisting in SST submissions and audit support. Ideal candidates have a Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Finance with 2–4 years of relevant experience, or fresh graduates with strong accounting knowledge. Familiarity with accounting software like AutoCount or Xero is a plus.
Handle full set / partial set of accounts
Prepare journal entries, bank reconciliation and monthly closing
Manage accounts payable, receivable and invoicing
Assist in SST submission and audit support
Maintain proper accounting records and documentation
