Role Description
  • Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents regularly.
  • Maintain high level reports in excel sheets
  • Reoncile commission statements
  • Issue Tax invoices.
  • Support payroll operations.
  • Assist with internal and external audits.
  • Assist in tracking commissions and follow up with providers
  • Provide necessary documents to the Insurance Manager and Bookkeeping team.
  • Maintain and update company data to ensure accuracy.
  • Collaborate with teams across different offices (UAE, Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia and South Africa).
  • Perform duties as a substitute when required.
  • Handle any ad hoc tasks assigned by the Head of Department.

We are seeking candidates with prior experience in the [financial services / advisory / insurance / investment] industry, preferably with a strong understanding of product providers and commission-based arrangements.
