BPS specializes in distributing pharmaceutical drugs, medical and laboratory equipment, and consumer OTC products. The Company also offers warehousing, logistics, and maintenance services for medical and scientific equipment.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role at Borneo Pharmacy Supplies Sdn. Bhd. located in Kuching. We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Accounts Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day accounting functions and support the finance department to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle daily accounting operations.
  • Prepare and maintain full sets of accounts (AP, AR, GL).
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliation and financial statements.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and external parties.
  • Support any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Finance Manager.
Qualifications
  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years in similar role.
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SQL, QNE).
  • Strong attention to detail with good analytical skills.
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
