Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and eager-to-learn Accounts Executive to join our team in Gelang Patah. This is a unique opportunity for a young professional to handle Full Set Accounts with strong support: you will be guided by our Finance Team in China and a local Senior Consultant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Full Set Accounting: Handle daily accounts operations (AP, AR, GL) and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Monthly Closing: Assist in closing monthly accounts, bank reconciliation, and preparing financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet).
  • Payroll Management: Responsible for monthly payroll processing, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB submissions.
  • Tax & Compliance: Assist in SST submission and provide support for basic tax planning and audit queries.
  • Communication: Act as the key liaison between the China HQ Finance Team and the local external accounting consultant to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ad-hoc Tasks: Assist in administrative duties and other finance-related ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/LCCI/Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
  • Mandarin proficiency is COMPULSORY (Need to communicate effectively with the China Finance Team).
  • 1 - 3 years of working experience in the related field. Young professionals looking for career growth are encouraged to apply.
  • Familiar with accounting software (e.g., SQL / AutoCount) and Microsoft Excel.
