Key Responsibilities
Finance & Accounts (60%)

Able to handle full set of accounts independently

Manage bookkeeping, monthly closing, and preparation of financial reports

Handle invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and staff claims

Prepare and execute bank transfers & Wise transactions

Maintain accurate payment tracking (Excel / Notion)

Manage petty cash and expense reimbursements

Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal SOPs

Familiar with accounting software (Bukku is an advantage)

Administration (30%)

Purchase office supplies & stationery

Arrange repairs, coordinate printing & scanning

Maintain staff leave records and simple HR coordination

Support interview arrangements and document organisation

Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations

Office & Team Support (10%)

Arrange deliveries and document dispatch (Lalamove, courier)

Assist with internal coordination and office logistics

Support a harmonious and efficient work environment

Requirements

At least 1 year experience in accounting or admin-related roles

Able to manage basic accounting workflows confidently

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and structured data handling

Detail-oriented, reliable, and process-driven

Comfortable following SOPs and structured systems

Values long-term growth over short-term job hopping

Bilingual in Mandarin & English is a strong advantage
