Hey there! We're on the lookout for a dynamic Accounts Assistant (Senior) to join our team. If you're someone who loves diving into numbers, has a keen eye for detail, and enjoys keeping things organized, you might just be the person we're looking for. This role is all about helping our clients keep their finances in tip-top shape, ensuring they're always in the know when it comes to their accounts and compliance deadlines.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Compile and analyze account information, encompassing assets, liabilities, incomes, and expense account entries.
  • Accurately record account and financial transactions in alignment with verified documents.
  • Assist in the preparation of client's yearly accounts (full set accounts).
  • Keep clients updated on all relevant submissions, including accounting / statutory compliance, tax, SST/GST, and more, before the due dates.
  • Strategically plan schedules and timetables to complete assigned tasks and meet submission deadlines.
  • Handle ad-hoc accounting related assignments as and when required.
  • Cultivate client relationships and strive to achieve high client satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop strong problem-solving skills and provide well-informed management recommendations based on industry research, insightful analysis, and investigation.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • LCCI/ ACCA/ Diploma/Degree in Accounting, or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
  • Able to read & write in English.
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin will be a plus point.
  • On-job training provided.
  • Good inter-personal and communication skills with positive attitude.
  • Able to multi-task, work independently as well as a team player in a fast paced working environment.
