Qualifications

- Prepare and review monthly management accounts and financial statements.
 - Manage daily accounting operations: accounts payable, receivable, etc.
 - Ensure compliance with tax regulations and liaise with auditors.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and review of monthly management account and annual financial statements in compliance with relevant statutory requirements and financial standards (e.g., MPERS or MFRS or IFRS, etc).
 
- Prepare annual budgets and rolling forecasts, including variance analysis and provide financial insights.
 
- Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, intercompany and bank reconciliations, ensuring timely and accurate financial records in accordance with accounting standards.
 
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including review of tax computations and submissions.
 
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
 
- Enhance internal control systems and continuously improve financial processes and policies.
 
- Assist in the creation of new processes and system implementation, including automation projects.
 
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure financial objectives are met.
 
- Perform all other related assignments or ad‑hoc tasks as assigned by the Finance Manager or senior management from time to time.
 
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; professional certificate CPA, ACCA, CMA is a plus.
 
- At least 6 years of working experience in finance and accounting; experience in brokerage, financial services or fintech will be a plus.
 
- Proven experience in managing or leading a small finance team.
 
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and familiar with accounting software.
 
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
 
- Take initiative, ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, meticulous, highly organized, team player.
 
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese.
