We’re Hiring: Accounts Assistant (Finance & Admin Support)

📍 Location: Seri Kembangan / Balakong / Puchong South

💼 Type: Full-Time | On-Site

💰 Salary: RM2,200 – RM3,000 (Based on experience)

Darabif Meat Processing Sdn Bhd is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Assistant to support our daily finance and administrative operations. This role is ideal for candidates with basic accounting knowledge, fresh graduates, or junior executives looking to grow in accounts & finance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform data entry, filing, and organisation of accounting documents
  • Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and related finance documents
  • Assist in AP & AR tracking, follow-ups, and reconciliation
  • Update daily cash flow and support month-end closing
  • Liaise with suppliers and customers on billing/payment matters
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks using accounting systems (AutoCount/SQL)
  • Provide admin support for office and factory operations
  • Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely updates in records
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Admin, or related field
  • 0–2 years working experience (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
  • Basic knowledge of AP/AR, bookkeeping & Excel
  • Experience with accounting software (AutoCount / SQL) is an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail, responsible, and able to work independently
  • Good communication in Bahasa Malaysia & English
Working Hours

Monday to Friday

8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

(On-site at Seri Kembangan)
