A construction company in Malaysia is seeking an Accounts Assistant to manage invoices, payments, and general administration tasks. The ideal candidate should have at least a diploma in accounts and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required, and knowledge of AutoCount is an advantage. Candidates must be Malaysian and possess a valid driving license. TBG engages primarily in construction in Malaysia. The Company was incorporated in Malaysia on August 2, 2007 as a private limited company under the Companies Act 1965 and its principal activities are civil works and general building construction works. TBG Construction Sdn. Bhd. is also reqistered with the Construction Development Board (CIDB) as a Class G5 contractor. The Company's origins date back to a few years even before 2007 with the inception of BG Construction, a sole proprietor company under the wing of our founder and Director Mr. Teo. In line with the company expansion, TBG Construction Sdn. Bhd. was incorporated to meet the needs of today's market. TBG is a vertically-integrated construction set-up, which is well-positioned as a "One Stop Agency" and is capable of undertaking a wide range of projects as it possesses the expertise for ground works, infrastructure works, substructure/ super-structure works and finishing works. As a whole, with the capabilities of the Group, it will provide timely delivery so as to save cost and time for clients and also to ensure quality control is consistently exercised throughout the construction process. We're located in Bandar Sg Long, Kajang, Selangor. Fully furnished accommodation can be provided to the right candidate. Internship students for accounts & admin or site role may apply for intern as well.
Issue PV, cheques, DN, Quotation, key in payments, recording, filing
Prepare summary for claims with receipts attached.
Update Company Assets, Deposits filing
Experience keying in AP, AR, bank consolidation.
Experience to issue Invoices, PV. Knows the supporting documents needed to match the payment claims.
Apply workers permit, CIDB card, renewal of permits, etc
Key in payroll, kwsp, socso and other monthly statutory payments. Assist in recruitment.
Coordinate with Tenants
Record subcon claims in summary
General Administration functions. Assist in System & Method.
General accounting works. Experience using autocount is an added advantage.
Assist Directors in daily operations.
Willing to travel to govt dept, bank as and when necessary
Candidates who possess a motor/car has added advantage
Able to communicate with all levels
Flexible and willing to learn. Training on the job can be arranged but candidate must be independent and able to work with minimum supervision and proactive to solve problems/ issue that he/she may face during work.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision and treat assignments/ tasks given with utmost urgency and can deliver the work timely.

Those with good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia. Those able to speak Mandarin will have an added advantage.
Possess a valid driving license and car will have an added advantage.
