Responsibilities

• Assist in handling daily accounting functions and data entry.

• Support in preparing payment documentation and payment vouchers.
• Assist in preparing financial reports when required.
• Provide support to team members and maintain a positive working attitude.
• Check on staff expenses claim and input to staff claim template.
• Prepare aging reports for debtors & creditors and reporting to superior.
• Follow up with debtors for any outstanding due invoices and send monthly SOA.

Requirements
