Accounts and Admin Executive (Junior/Senior)

Responsibilities include:

  • Prepare, verify and process billings & statements of accounts to clients.
  • Receive and verify invoices & statements from vendors.
  • Perform intercompany reconciliations.
  • Assist in month‑end closing and year‑end audit activities.
  • Liaise with External Auditors, Tax Agents and Company Secretary.
  • Other ad‑hoc accounting duties as assigned.
  • Assist in preparation of documents in accordance with Government Compliance in Singapore.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient running of office operations.
  • Prepare, organize and store information in paper and digital form.
  • Arrange post, deliveries, travel & accommodation.

Criteria:

  • Good spoken English (compulsory).
  • Detail‑oriented and conscientious.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Basic grasp of accounting software – QuickBooks, MYOB.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the related field.
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens.

Working Hours:

Normal working hours.

Location: Near public transport (LRT/MRT Ampang Park).
