Assist in handling day-to-day accounting operations including data entry, invoicing, payment processing, and filing.
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and reports.
Support in reconciliation of bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
Assist in monitoring company expenses, petty cash, and employee claims.
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and external parties when required.
Provide general administrative support such as handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
Maintain proper filing systems (physical and digital) for easy document retrieval.
Assist in office management tasks including stationery, office supplies, and maintenance coordination.
Support HR-related functions such as leave records, staff attendance, and onboarding documentation.
Perform other ad‑hoc tasks assigned by management.
