Job Description

The Account cum Admin Executive is responsible for supporting both accounting and administrative operations. The role ensures accurate financial recordkeeping while maintaining smooth office administration and providing operational support to the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle daily accounting entries, including AP/AR, invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
  • Manage petty cash, staff claims, and expense reimbursements.
  • Assist with month‑end closing, audit schedules, and tax‑related documentation.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, mail distribution, and visitor reception.
  • Maintain company documentation, filing systems, and administrative records (both digital and physical).
  • Coordination & Support liaise with vendors, service providers, and internal departments.
