A global biopharmaceutical company is seeking an A2R Protégé Trainee for their Greater China operations. This role involves supporting the A2R Closing & Reporting team by contributing to financial reporting and compliance efforts. No prior work experience is required as comprehensive training will be provided, along with the opportunity to develop skills in SAP and MS-Excel. Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field and strong communication skills in Mandarin and English.
Job Title: A2R Protégé Trainee – Greater China
The Account to Report (A2R) Closing & Reporting team is accountable for the processing of transactions related to accounting, and closing & reporting of financial books. This role will support the A2R Closing & Reporting Lead in ensuring the enforcement of accounting standards and reliability of the data collected from management, controllers, tax department and other end-to-end processes. Apart from that, this role will require active participation in driving A2R continuous improvement initiatives.

Essential Skills and Experience: Working experience is not required as training will be provided. Exposure to SAP and MS‑Excel will be an added advantage (not mandatory as training will be provided). Good verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English are required as the role will be supporting the Greater China. Accounting standards: main country of the region and IFRS. Attention to detail. Essential Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree/Professional Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business or equivalent. Desirable Skills and Experience: Good interpersonal and communication skills. Possess strong analytical skill. Positive and agile mindset.
