Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting or related field (CPA preferred)
• 5–8+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in biotech or life sciences
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP
• Experience with financial close processes and audits
• Exposure to R&D and clinical trial accounting preferred
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems like NetSuite
