Join Our Team as an Accounts Executive!

Are you a detail-oriented and proactive accounting professional looking for an opportunity to grow your career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? We are seeking an Accounts Executive/Senior Executive to support our accounts team in managing daily accounting operations and ensuring accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the timely preparation of management accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Handle daily accounting tasks, including general ledger, journal entries, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Monitor bank balances and update the cash book to ensure bank accounts are properly maintained.
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliation, investigating and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Maintain accounts payables and ensure timely payments to suppliers.
  • Manage accounts receivables, ensuring prompt follow-ups on outstanding payments.
  • Liaise with external auditors and tax agents on audit and tax-related matters.
  • Support other accounting and office administration tasks, including ad-hoc assignments from the supervisor or accountant.
What We’re Looking For
  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of accounting experience.
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication skills to liaise with stakeholders, auditors, and suppliers.
