Job description
Language Requirement

Candidates who can speak, read and write in Chinese will be given first priority.
Reason: You will be dealing with overseas customers around Asia, mostly Chinese-speaking.

Open for negotiation.
Fresh graduates with an accounting background are welcome — learn and grow together with the company. Performance-based increments will be given.

Job Responsibilities
1. Accounting Operations

Handle daily accounting tasks and transactions.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements.

Analyse financial performance and report findings to management.

Manage and monitor company financial accounts and cash flow.

Manage Account Payables (AP) and track payment schedules.

Oversee data entries completed by sales executives and ensure accuracy.

Provide professional accounting-related advice to management.

2. Account Management

Oversee and manage company accounts.

Ensure actual revenue and recorded revenue tally correctly.

Identify errors or discrepancies and propose solutions for improvement.

3. Communication & Coordination

Act as a liaison between internal departments and external partners.

4. Ad-hoc Support

Provide administrative and accounting support to other departments when required.

Requirements

Own transport.

Good command of Malay, English, and Chinese (spoken and written).

Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related fields preferred.

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
