Requirements:
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Preferably with minimum 2 years of experience in the same field.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with good time management.
  • Able to work independently and proactively.
  • Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English can be used as working languages.

To process payment voucher and key in data quickly and correctly into various systems (Microsoft Excel/word, accounting system, etc), and submit payment through banking system and complete the bank reconciliation.

Perform daily reconciliation of customer accounts and payment transactions.

Ensure compliance with local and international tax and invoicing regulations.

Prepare and analyze financial reports and AP reconciliations.

Coordinate internal and external audits.

Assist in setting up internal financial controls.

Ensure compliance with banking and financing matters.

Support the Superior in budgeting and financial record-keeping.

Take charge of some human resources & administrative tasks including office supplies procurement and management, as well as the payment of administrative expenses like utility bills.

Handle the declaration procedures of EIS, SOCSP, EPF and PCB in accordance with relevant regulations.
