Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare payroll, payment vouchers, receipt and other accounting documents.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Assist with monthly financial reports and month-end closing.
• Assist with audit preparation, tax documentation and other accounting-related matters.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.
