Regional Back Office Manager

Standard PRO originates from Hong Kong in 2013 by a group of seasoned recruiters who share recruitment and industry experience across Asia Pacific with emphasis in Greater China, South East Asia and Oceanic area. Over the last 11 years, Standard PRO is operating in five major cities of Asia Pacific including Hong Kong, Beijing, Shanghai, Singapore and Kuala Lumpur.

Due to expansion in business, Standard PRO is open to hire a Regional Bank Office Manager to support various administrative tasks of Malaysia, Hong Kong and Singapore back offices. Administrative tasks may include Bookkeeping, Management Accounting, HR & payroll and Vendor Management.

Location: Damansara Perdana. Basically WFH after training

Employment Type: Full-time, Flexible Working Hours

Remuneration: MYR 60,000 per annum + EPF

Job Scope: Regional Back Office Management of Malaysia, Hong Kong and Singapore

Job Duties: Back Office Management of Finance, HR and Vendor Management

Reporting Line: Director

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage basic accounting functions of Standard PRO group across Malaysia, Hong Kong and Singapore.
  • Oversee HR and Payroll functions of a small team across Malaysia, Hong Kong and Singapore.
  • Provide administrative support to vendor management across Malaysia, Hong Kong and Singapore.
Job Requirements
  • Proficient language abilities in English, Mandarin/Cantonese and Bahasa Malaysia. "We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers."
  • Over 10 years extensive back-office support experience across Finance, HR and Administrative functions.
  • Working knowledge of handling Malaysian functions is a must. Knowledge of Singapore and Hong Kong is an absolute advantage but not necessary.
  • Enjoy working under minimal supervision and in a suitable WFH location.
  • University degree is preferred but not necessary. Experience and ability to work autonomously is essential.
