We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting and Administration Executive to manage day-to-day financial and administrative operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, maintaining accuracy, and supporting smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities Accounting
  • Handle full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliation).
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in budget tracking.
  • Process invoices, expense claims, and supplier payments.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities.
Administration
  • Maintain and organize company records, documents, and correspondence.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor coordination.
  • Support HR functions such as payroll processing, leave records, and staff onboarding.
  • Assist management in preparing reports, meeting minutes, and documentation.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.
